In this study, core‐shell structures of magnetite nanoparticles coated with CMK‐8 ordered mesoporous carbon (Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs) have been successfully synthesized for the first time by carbonizing sucrose inside the pores of the Kit‐6 mesoporous silica. The nano‐sized mesoporous particles were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, dynamic light scattering, vibrating‐sample magnetometer, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) and transmission electron microscopy instruments. The obtained nanocomposite was used for removal of Reactive Yellow 160 (RY 160) dye from aqueous samples. The N2 adsorption–desorption method (at 77 K) confirmed the mesoporous structure of synthesized Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs. Also, the surface area was calculated by the BET method and Langmuir plot as 276.84 m2/g and 352.32 m2/g, respectively. The surface area, volume and pore diameter of synthesized nanoparticles (NPs) were calculated from the pore size distribution curves using the Barrett–Joyner–Halenda formula (BJH). To obtain the optimum experimental variables, the effect of various experimental parameters on the dye removal efficiency was studied using Taguchi orthogonal array experimental design method. According to the experimental results, about 90.0% of RY 160 was removed from aqueous solutions at the adsorbent amount of 0.06 g, pH 3 and ionic strength = 0.05 m during 10 min. The pseudo‐second order kinetic model provided a very good fit for the RY 160 dye removal (R2 = 0.999). The Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin and Dubinin–Radushkevich models were applied to describe the equilibrium isotherms, and the Langmuir isotherm showed the best fit to data with the maximum adsorption capacity of 62.893 mg/g. Furthermore, the Fe3O4@SiO2‐CMK‐8 NPs could be simply recovered by external magnet, and exhibited recyclability and reusability for a subsequent six runs.  相似文献

To overcome the weak carbon dioxide (CO2) conversion ability of Zn‐Co double metal cyanide (DMC) catalyst, zinc glutarate (ZnGA) catalyst was introduced into the DMC catalytic system and applied for the synthesis of oligo (propylene‐carbonate) diols. The DMC/ZnGA composite catalyst (mass ratio = 10:1) exhibited an excellent synergistic effect which had enhanced CO2 activation ability, high yield and good selectivity. In copolymerization process, ZnGA catalyst not only provided activated CO2 for DMC catalyst, but also transferred the propagating chain with more alternating structures to DMC catalyst. Both of the two effects increased the carbonate content in the final products. Overall, DMC catalyst dedicated to the polymer chain growth, while the increased CO2 conversion mainly attributed to ZnGA catalyst. Oligo (propylene‐carbonate) diols with carbonate unit content of 45.1 mol%, Mn of 1228 g/mol, WPC of 4.3 wt% and high yield of 1689 g/g cat was obtained.  相似文献

CeO2-based catalysts are widely studied in catalysis fields. Developing one novel synthetic approach to increase the intimate contact between CeO2 and secondary species is of particular importance for enhancing catalytic activities. Herein, an interfacial reaction between metal–organic framework (MOF)-derived carbon and KMnO4 to synthesize CeO2−MnO2, in which carbon is derived from the pyrolysis of Ce-MOFs under an inert atmosphere, is described. The MOF-derived carbon is found to restrain the growth of CeO2 crystallites under a high calcination temperature and, more importantly, intimate contact within CeO2/C is conveyed to CeO2/MnO2 after the interfacial reaction; this is responsible for the high catalytic activity of CeO2−MnO2 towards CO oxidation.  相似文献

Toward the goal of smart sensor systems for wearable electronics, polymer microfiber‐based free‐standing sensors benefit from excellent flexibility, decent ductility, and easy wearability in comparison with thin‐film‐based sensing devices. Herein, we report a hydrophobic and conducting single‐strand microfiber‐based liquid‐phase chemical sensor consisting of polyurethane (PU), tin oxide (SnO2), and carbon nanotube (CNT) composites with applying a (1H,1H,2H,2H‐heptadecafluorodec‐1‐yl) phosphonic acid (HDF‐PA)‐based self‐assembled monolayer. The free‐standing HDF‐PA‐treated PU–SnO2–CNT composite microfiber showing selective filtering properties with the repellency of water and the penetration of an organic solvent is electrically and mechanically characterized. Finally, the single‐strand HDF‐PA‐treated PU–SnO2–CNT composite microfiber‐based chemical sensor, which shows excellent mechanical properties and aqueous stability, is demonstrated to detect the presence of a chemical in pure water or counterfeit gasoline in pure gasoline by observing mechanical changes, especially variations in the length and diameter of the fiber, and monitoring the electrical resistance change. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 提出并验证了一种单-双波长可调谐掺铒光纤激光器。利用级联光纤布拉格光栅(Cascaded Fiber Bragg gratings,Cascaded FBGs)结合Sagnac环结构所产生的复合滤波效应,实现较高精细度滤波,并通过调节环内偏振控制器(Polarization Controller,PC),引入双折射效应,得到波长可调谐的光纤激光器。基于耦合模理论并使用传输矩阵法对该结构的传输特性进行了分析,在此基础上搭建实验系统,验证了理论分析的正确性。实验结果表明:通过调节PC,激光器输出激光的波长范围约为1 555.644~1 556.112 nm,双波长间隔的可调范围约为0.108~0.452 nm,单-双波长的边模抑制比(SMSR)均高于40 dB;在稳定性测试中,输出单-双波长激光的波长最大漂移量小于0.008 nm。该方法具有结构简单、调谐方便、易于实现且精细度较高的优点,可应用于密集波分复用及全光通信系统等领域。  相似文献

The chemical functionalization of carbon nanotubes is often a prerequisite prior to their use in various applications. The covalent grafting of 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane (BPin) functional groups directly on the surface of multi- and single-walled carbon nanotubes, activated by nucleophilic addition of nBuLi, was carried out. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) coupled with mass spectrometry, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and time-of-flight secondary ions mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) confirmed the efficiency of this methodology and proved the integrity and covalent grafting of the BPin functional groups. These groups were further reacted with various nucleophiles in the presence of a copper(II) source in the conditions of the aerobic Chan–Lam–Evans coupling. The resulting materials were characterized by TGA, XPS and ToF-SIMS. This route is efficient, reliable and among the scarce reactions that enable the direct grafting of heteroatoms at carbonaceous material surfaces.  相似文献

MoS2, a typical layered transition-metal dichalcogenide, is promising as an electrode material in supercapacitors. However, its low electrical conductivity could lead to limited capacitance if applied in electrochemical devices. Herein, a new nanostructure composed of hollow carbon–MoS2–carbon was successfully synthesized through an l -cysteine-assisted hydrothermal method by using gibbsite as a template and polydopamine as a carbon precursor. After calcination and etching of the gibbsite template, uniform hollow platelets, which were made of a sandwich-like assembly of partial graphitic carbon and two-dimensional layered MoS2 flakes, were obtained. The platelets showed excellent dispersibility and stability in water, and good electrical conductivity due to carbon provided by the calcination of polydopamine coatings. The hollow nanoplate morphology of the material provided a high specific surface area of 543 m2 g−1, a total pore volume of 0.677 cm3 g−1, and fairly small mesopores (≈5.3 nm). The material was applied in a symmetric supercapacitor and exhibited a specific capacitance of 248 F g−1 (0.12 F cm−2) at a constant current density of 0.1 A g−1; thus suggesting that hollow carbon–MoS2–carbon nanoplates are promising candidate materials for supercapacitors.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of a number of benzoyl barbiturates was studied using a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The kinetics of the electrode process is determined, the contribution of physical adsorption to the electrochemical process is estimated, and the mechanism of the possible electrochemical reaction is proposed. It is shown that the electrochemical reduction potentials of benzoyl phenobarbital derivatives are determined by the LUMO energies, calculated by the B3LYP 6‐311+G method. It is established that the process is quasi‐reversible, complicated by adverse reactions. The influence of halogen type and its position in the benzoyl residue of the studied substances on the analytical signal is established. The effective values of the dissociation constants of various forms of benzoyl derivatives were calculated using the example of halonal, for which the values 3.16 ? 10?8 and 6.31 ? 10?12, respectively, were found.  相似文献
